Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a simple and flexible return and exchange policy.

Returns:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery

• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging

• Process: To initiate a return, email us at returns@ajattire.com with your order number and reason for return

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Exchanges:

• Size-related exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery

• Items must be in unused, original condition

• Customers are responsible for both return and re-shipping costs

• Email returns@ajattire.com to request an exchange and get further instructions

Note: We currently do not accept exchanges for different styles or colors. Exchanges are only processed for the same item in a different size.
